Tier 3 is designed toward emerging leaders in middle management positions who directly supervises two staff levels of more in the child welfare system to cultivate and enhance leadership and management skills.

Self-Management: Leadership Principles & Practices, Leadership Style, Emotional Intelligence. Cohort Size: 12-15.
Social Capabilities: Team Development & Leadership, Coaching Essentials.
