Tier 1 is designed for frontline child welfare professionals who do not have supervisory responsibilities but are recognized as system leaders with aspirations & potential for leadership positions within child welfare.

|Social Capabilities: Contributing to Team Effectiveness, Collaborating with Others to Get Things Done.
- - Virtual sessions.
- - Cohort Commitment: Virtual-2x’s/week-2 weeks.
- Work Facilitation Capabilities: Managing Priorities, Being Effective in a Changing Environment.
- - Group Coaching Café’s.
- - Shadowing Experiences.
- Ideal Candidates with the Current Title: Social Service Managers, Youth Detention Counselor, Administrative Technicians, CUA Case Managers, Program Analyst, Secretary etc.
